The reel

Video is what stops the scroll.

Listings with video get more views, more shares and more showings — and for contractors, a well-cut renovation video does more selling than any brochure.

I produce HD video for realtors and home improvement professionals across Burnaby, Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

More than a walkthrough

Planned, filmed and edited to hold attention.

A property video isn’t a slideshow with music. Every project is shot for the platforms it’s going to.

Cinematic property tours

Smooth stabilized movement through the home, paced to the space and colour-graded to match the property’s character — not a generic filter.

Before-and-after renovation videos

The single most shareable content a contractor can post. I document the transformation and cut it into a story homeowners watch to the end.

Beat-synced editing

Cuts timed to the music, speed ramps on reveals, and pacing built for social feeds where you have two seconds to earn the next ten.

Vertical & horizontal deliverables

16:9 for YouTube and your website, and 9:16 vertical cuts for Reels, TikTok and Shorts — framed for both from the start, not cropped afterwards.

Drone — the lot

Show the lot, not just the house.

Property lines, yard size, landscaping and how the home sits on its land — the questions every buyer asks that interior photos can’t answer.

Drone — the location

In Metro Vancouver, the view is the listing.

Elevated shots that capture mountain and water views, nearby parks, schools and skyline context.

Drone — the build

A record of the whole project, from above.

Weekly or milestone aerials of a build create a time-lapse record that’s equal parts project documentation and marketing.

A new angle for every trade

Who it’s for.

01

Realtors

Cinematic tours and aerial hero shots for listings with land, views or location advantages — acreage, waterfront, view properties and new developments.

02

Builders & contractors

Before-and-after stories, site progress flights and completed-project showcases. A monthly flight over a build produces content for the entire timeline.

03

Roofers & exterior trades

Roof and completed-work footage without ladders or scaffolding — plus imagery your competitors aren’t posting.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

How much does a real estate video cost in Vancouver?

Most listing tour videos in Metro Vancouver run $300–$800 depending on property size and drone coverage. Renovation story packages are quoted by project scope.

How long should a property video be?

60–90 seconds for the main tour — long enough to show the home, short enough that people finish it. Social cuts run 15–30 seconds.

Do you provide vertical video for Instagram and TikTok?

Yes — and it’s framed for vertical during the shoot, not cropped from widescreen afterwards.

How much does drone photography cost?

Aerial add-ons to a listing shoot typically run $100–$250; standalone drone sessions from $200–$400 depending on location and deliverables.

Can you legally fly a drone in Vancouver and Burnaby?

Much of Metro Vancouver is controlled airspace near YVR and regional airports. Flights are planned around current Transport Canada RPAS rules for each location — I’ll confirm feasibility for your property before anything is booked.

What about music licensing?

All music in delivered videos is properly licensed for commercial and social use, so your posts won’t get muted or flagged.
